Safe disposal of sharps in health care is important, especially with the risks of disease transmission. Sharps containers provide solutions for the safe and effective containment and disposal of sharps waste including syringes, infusion sets, hypodermic needles, surgical needles, etc. With increasing attention to occupational safety, the design and construction of sharps containers have been improved.
