MicroStacker™ Detection Kits are immunohistochemistry (IHC) detection tools based on micro-polymer stacking technology. They are developed by integrating core technologies including micro-polymer scaffolds, HRP stacking, Fab' labeling, and advanced conjugation chemistry.
Amerigo Scientific offers MicroStacker™ Detection kits that are biotin-free secondary antibody conjugation systems designed for the detection of primary antibodies on tissues during the IHC process (regular IHC, multiplex IHC, and intraoperative frozen-section IHC). By eliminating the need for streptavidin or biotin, it effectively avoids non-specific staining.
MicroStacker™ technology enables precise control over the layered stacking of F(ab') fragments of IgG secondary antibody and peroxidase enzymes onto a micro-polymer scaffold.

MicroStacker™ Rabbit-on-Rodent HRP-polymer detection kit is mainly used for the staining of rabbit monoclonal/polyclonal antibodies on mouse/rat tissues. MicroStacker™ goat anti-rabbit HRP-polymer detection kit and MicroStacker™ goat anti-mouse HRP-polymer detection kit are respectively used for the detection of rabbit monoclonal/multiclonal antibodies and mouse monoclonal/polyclonal antibodies in human tissues. MicroStacker™ Mouse-on-Mouse polymer detection kit is used for the superior detection of mouse primary antibodies on mouse tissue, providing lower background and clearer staining compared to conventional methods.
