Complementary DNA (cDNA) is DNA synthesized from an RNA template. We provide a wide range of tissue cDNAs for the research market, including cDNAs of human healthy and diseased tissue, and cDNAs of mouse, rat, monkey, and plant tissues.
By modified guanidine thiocyanate techniques, total RNAs are isolated from a variety of tissues. After RNA isolation, the first strand cDNAs are synthesized by MMLV reverse transcriptase with low RNase H activity. Our cDNAs can be directly used as a template for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) or real-time PCR, as well as for gene discovery or gene expression analysis.
