UniHR Butyl and UniHR Phenyl are two classes of hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC) media, consisting of highly cross-linked polymethacrylate resin beads with uniform particle size and open pore structure. These resins are modified with a proprietary hydrophilic and HIC ligand coupling chemistries aiming to minimize nonspecific interactions.
UniHR Butyl and UniHR Phenyl HIC resins have been used by many biopharmaceutical customers for a variety of applications.
