Order

• • How can I place an order?

    • The most direct and easy way is to place an order online on our website. Alternatively, you can contact us directly by phone, or email to place an order.

  • How do I know if my order has been received and processed?

    • Whether you place your order online, by phone or by email, we will ensure that you receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us to ensure that your order has been received.

  • Who should I contact if the price of an item in my shopping cart shows 'Inquiry'?

    • Some of our products display 'Inquiry' status for various reasons. If more than one item in your cart has no price, you can click 'view cart' and then click 'Request for Quote' to contact us to quote the items in your cart. The other way to find out the pricing of a product is to contact our support team and they will provide you with a quote.

  • What is Amerigo Scientific's return policy?

    • Products may not be returned without prior authorization from Amerigo Scientific. Since some of our products are temperature sensitive, we are unable to restock erroneous orders.

  • Can I get a free sample of a product?

    • We do offer free samples of some products. If you would like to sample a product, please contact us to discuss.

  • Can I edit or cancel my order?

    • If you are looking to change or cancel your order, please contact us via email or call .

      If the order is in the early stages and can be stopped, we can cancel the order (and issue a refund if needed). Otherwise, the order may be difficult to cancel. The earlier we are notified, the higher the chance that your order will be successfully changed.

Delivery

• • Does Amerigo Scientific deliver outside of the USA?

    • Yes, we can deliver our products to any commercial address in the world. However, the price for delivery will vary depending on the delivery location.

  • How much will my delivery cost?

    • The cost of delivery depends on two factors: the location and the shipping conditions.

      If we are delivering to the USA, the standard delivery will cost $100.

      If we are delivering to other regions, the standard delivery will cost $150.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    • Under normal conditions, our deliveries take an average of 10 days to deliver. However, our delivery date depends on the products you have ordered and your delivery location. For a more accurate delivery estimate, please contact our team before placing an order. Once the order has been processed, our team will be glad to advise you of the expected delivery date upon your request.

  • Can I track my delivery?

    • You can contact us directly to get the latest update on your order. The status of orders placed online can be tracked in 'My Account'.

Website Account

• • Do I need to have an account to place an order online?

    • Yes. To place an order on our website, you must first register an online account. At the top of the page, next to the basket, there should be options for registering an account and logging into your account.

      If you order by phone or email, these orders will not be linked to your online account and you will not be able to view order details in 'My Account'.

      By placing your order online, you can view the details of your order history in 'My Account', including your billing and shipping information and order status.

  • Can I save more than one address on my account?

    • Yes, you can edit or save multiple shipping addresses in 'My Account'.

  • Does Amerigo Scientific have a privacy policy?

    • Any personal data that Amerigo Scientific collects from users, such as email or phone number, is kept confidential in a secure database and is not shared or sold to third parties.
