Matched Pair cDNAs are first-strand cDNAs generated from tumor and corresponding normal tissue from the same human donors, including Primary Pair (PP) products and Primary and Metastatic Pair (PM) products. Primary Pair cDNAs are isolated from primary tumors and adjacent healthy tissues, and Primary Metastatic Pair cDNAs are isolated from primary tumors and corresponding metastatic tumors. Our Matched Pair cDNAs prepared from high-quality RNA without genomic DNA are useful tools for accelerating gene expression analysis by identifying tumor-specific genes and tumor metastatic genes.
