  - Tubercidin is a nucleoside metabolite first isolated from Streptomyces tubericidus. Tubercidin, like other nucleosides, is a broad spectrum potent chemotherapeutic agent active against viruses, bacteria, fungi, protozoans and tumors.
    Soluble in ethanol, methanol, DMF and DMSO.
