Cells are taken from blood products and separated and prepared according to standard procedures to ensure stable cell quality between different batches, with cell purity >95% and cell survival >90%.
Activator: Plant hemagglutinin (PHA, commonly used, concentration 5-100μg/mL), concanavalin A (ConA), and pokeweed (PWM) can activate T cell proliferation; Lipopolysaccharide (LPS), pokeweed (PWM), and superantigen staphylococcal enterotoxin (SEB) can activate B cell proliferation.
Medium and culture conditions: RPMI1640+10%FBS+1μg/ml PHA+1%GA.
Complete Medium: Immune Cell Complete Medium.
Gas phase: 95% air, 37°C, 5-10% CO2.
Complete cryopreservation solution: Non programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum).
