Human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (HMSC-BM) provide an ideal culture model for studying the biology and differentiation process of pluripotent stem cells. After isolation, amplification, and purification in the P1 generation from bone marrow extracts, P2 amplification, and P3 cryopreservation are performed to ensure the optimal phenotype, highest viability, and adherence ability; This cell can expand at least 15 times when undifferentiated. Human mesenchymal stem cells-bone marrow can differentiate into typical adipocytes, chondrocytes, and osteoblasts, which are detected by immunofluorescence tests such as CD29 and CD44.
