Adipose mesenchymal stem cells hADSC

Adipose stem cells (hADSC) were isolated from normal (non diabetes) adult liposuction collected during selective surgical liposuction. Cells exhibit phenotypic and functional characteristics very similar to those of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, and can induce osteoblasts and chondrocytes. Adipose stem cells were cryopreserved in the P3 generation, and in the undifferentiated state, using mesenchymal stem cell culture medium MSCM, the cells could maintain a 15 fold increase or more.

Medium and culture conditions: Mesenchymal Stem Cell Complete Culture Medium.
Gas phase: Air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%.
Temperature: 37°C.
Freeze storage conditions: Basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS.
Complete cryopreservation solution: Non programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum).
