Vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) are the main cellular components that constitute the middle layer of blood vessels. Their contraction, relaxation, proliferation, migration, and calcification are closely related to the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases. Culture of human umbilical vascular smooth muscle cells in vitro is a fundamental and important means for studying the pathogenesis and prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Cells were frozen in P3 generation α-Actin staining, using a matching smooth muscle cell culture medium, can increase the number of cells by more than 15 times.
