      • Overview
        • pAAVtri-sc-CMV-EGFP is used to produce scAAV-CMV-EGFP virus using novel AAVtri System or traditional tri-plasmid systems. In this plasmid, the regular self-complementary AAV genome with a CMV promoter and an EGFP reporter is cloned into pAAVtri-sc backbone. scAAV-CMV-EGFP viruses can be generated by co-transfection of this plasmid with regular AAV helper (pRCap) plasmids, carrying AAV2 rep gene and different cap genes and mini-pHelper or other Ad helper plasmid to supply E2A, E4orf6 and VA RNA functions.
The CMV promoter, also known as the cytomegalovirus promoter, is a widely used promoter sequence in molecular biology and biotechnology. It is derived from the immediate early promoter of the cytomegalovirus and is commonly used to drive the expression of genes in a variety of experimental and practical applications.

        • Application Description
pAAVtri plasmids are used to produce regular scAAV viruses using novel AAVtri System or traditional tri-plasmid systems. In this series plasmids, the scAAV genomes are cloned into pAAVtri backbone, which containing a 106bp mutant L-ITR and a 130 bp R-ITR. scAAV viruses can be generated by co-transfection of pAAVtri-sc plasmids with the regular AAV helper (pRCap) plasmids carrying different AAV serotypes and mini-pHelper or other Ad helper plasmids.
