The transfection reagent INSECTOGENE is an aqueous formulation of positively charged lipids. It is especially designed for optimum liposomemediated transfection of insect cells with DNA (plasmid), offering efficiency levels superior to the transfection of insect cells using conventional reagents such as calcium phosphate or DEAE dextrane.
INSECTOGENE can be effectively used with several insect cells. Ag55, Anso, Asd43, Bm5, Cpp512, IPBL-SF21, LD652, Mos20, S2, Sf9, SL-2.
