BcMag™ SAX (Strong Anion Exchange) Magnetic Beads are uniform, silica-coated superparamagnetic beads specifically designed for quick fractionation of proteins or peptides from complex biological samples (such as serum, plasma, etc.) manually or automatically. The beads allow binding of weaker cations that may not bind strongly enough to Weak Anion Exchange Magnetic Beads, such as BcMag™ PSA Magnetic beads or BcMag™ DEAE Magnetic beads. The procedure is quick and simple for sample preparation without the need for laborious repeat of pipetting and centrifuging.
