BcMag™ SCX (Strong Cation Exchange) Magnetic Beads are uniform, silica-coated superparamagnetic beads specifically designed for quick fractionation of proteins or peptides from complex biological samples (such as serum, plasma, etc.) manually or automatically. The beads allow binding of weaker anions that may not bind strongly enough to Weak Cation Exchange Magnetic Beads, such as BcMag™ WCX Magnetic beads. The procedure is quick and simple for sample preparation without the need for laborious repeat of pipetting and centrifugation.
