Reacts granulocyte antigen CD15. Recognizes a (Mr 156 kDa) cell surface glycoproteinexpressed on virtually all peripheral blood granulocytes. The CD15 antigen is expressed onapproximately 95% of human peripheral blood eosinophils and neutrophils and is present onapproximately 20% of mature circulating monocytes. Anti-CD15 has virtually no reactivity with T or Bcells.Immunogen: Human granulocytes
