        • YeaCell™ Reverse Transcriptase for Single Cell Full Length cDNA uses Oligo (dT)18 and TSO Primer primers to reverse transcribe a small amount of templates and low-copy genes. Its products can be enriched by PCR reaction with universal primers, and then the restriction enzyme digestion library construction kit is used to construct a sequencing library. This product uses a new reverse transcriptase that has undergone multiple point mutations based on M-MLV (RNase H-) Reverse Transcriptase, which has the advantages of high reverse transcription efficiency, low mismatch rate, and high fidelity.

          Please use RNase-free consumables and clean the experimental area regularly. It is recommended to use Thermo Fisher's RNAZap high-efficiency nucleic acid removal spray to remove RNase contamination.

          Suitable for high-throughput single-cell full-length cDNA synthesis of mammalian or eukaryotic cells without cell walls.
          10 pg~1 μg total RNA with poly (A).
          This product is not suitable for prokaryotic total RNA and degraded RNA, such as FFPE RNA.
