YeaCell™ Reverse Transcriptase for Single Cell Full Length cDNA

YeaCell™ Reverse Transcriptase for Single Cell Full Length cDNA uses Oligo (dT)18 and TSO Primer primers to reverse transcribe a small amount of templates and low-copy genes. Its products can be enriched by PCR reaction with universal primers, and then the restriction enzyme digestion library construction kit is used to construct a sequencing library. This product uses a new reverse transcriptase that has undergone multiple point mutations based on M-MLV (RNase H-) Reverse Transcriptase, which has the advantages of high reverse transcription efficiency, low mismatch rate, and high fidelity.
