Selective PAR4 antagonist.
tcY-NH2 is a selective PAR4 antagonist peptide which can block platelet aggregation caused by thrombin, without affecting ADP mediated aggregation. tcY-NH-2 also blocks PAR4 activation of the ERK pathway and through this mechanism can mediate aortic vascular smooth muscle cell migration and proliferation in rat models.Please contact us at for specific academic pricing.
