          Seplife® Sieber Resin is a very acid-labile resin for preparing peptides by SPPS and partially protected peptide fragments using the Fmoc strategy. Cleavage of the protected peptide from the Sieber resin can be achieved using low TFA concentrations while fully deprotected peptides can be cleaved from the SPPS resin Seplife® Sieber Resin with 95% TFA.
