          Seplife® Wang Resin (4-Benzyloxybenzy Alcohol resin) is the standard support for acid peptide synthesis by Fmoc strategy.

          The linkage between the first amino acid and the support has good stability to a variety of reaction conditions, but can be readily cleaved by moderate treatment with an acid, such as 50% TFA in DCM.
