      • Overview
        • This product provides a simple, safe and effective method for preserving and lysing vaginal swab samples, cervical swab samples, oral swab samples, throat swab samples, nasal swab samples, peripheral blood, urine, bacterial cultures, viruses, fungi and other samples. This product cleans cells through surfactants in an alkaline environment, thereby releasing the total nucleic acid in the cells. The reagent processing speed is fast, only need to make the swab or sample in the liquid mixed to achieve effective lysis.

          Product Features
          · Fast lysis speed, no additional heating required.
          · Long storage time, the DNA/RNA released after lysis can be stored at room temperature for 10 days, stored at 2-8°C for 1 month, and stored for a long time at -20°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
          · Meet the needs of rapid release and storage of DNA and RNA at the same time

          Scope of application
          · This product can be used with subsequent PCR reagents, and can also be used alone to preserve the total nucleic acid of the sample after lysis.
