rProtein L immunoprecipitation magnetic beads are nanomagnetic beads with a particle size of 200 nm. A large amount of Protein L protein is covalently coupled to the surface. The nano-scale magnetic beads provide a large specific surface area, have more binding sites, use less magnetic beads, and have a low non-specific adsorption rate. Recombinant Protein L protein is an immunoglobulin binding protein that can bind to immunoglobulin K light chain without affecting antigen binding. Compared with other antibody binding proteins such as Protein A and Protein G, Protein L has a wider range of Ig and Ig subtype binding.
