Obtained from the inguinal fat of New Zealand white rabbits, these cells can express specific proteins of ADSCs. After CD44 and CD31 immunofluorescence testing, frozen in P3 generation, they can be induced to differentiate into osteoblasts, adipocytes, and chondrocytes. When not undergoing induced differentiation, using mesenchymal stem cell culture medium MSCM, cells can increase by more than 12 times.
Medium and culture conditions: Mesenchymal Stem Cell Complete Culture Medium.
Gas phase: Air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%.
Temperature: 37°C.
Freeze storage conditions: Basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS.
