C57BL/6 mouse adipose mesenchymal stem cells MMDSC

C57BL/6 mouse adipose mesenchymal stem cells are derived from inguinal fat of C57BL/6 mice. The cells can express specific proteins of ADSCs, and can be induced to differentiate into osteoblasts, adipocytes, and chondrocytes after cryopreservation in the P3 generation. Without inducing differentiation, using mesenchymal stem cell culture medium MSCM can increase the number of cells by more than 12 times.

Medium and culture conditions: Mesenchymal Stem Cell Complete Culture Medium.
Gas phase: Air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%.
Temperature: 37°C.
Freeze storage conditions: Basic medium+5% DMSO+20% FBS.
Complete cryopreservation solution: Non programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum).
