Rabbit bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells were obtained from the bone marrow of New Zealand white rabbits. After CD44 and VCAM1 immunofluorescence testing, they were frozen in the P3 generation and could be induced to differentiate into osteoblasts, adipocytes, and chondrocytes. When not undergoing induced differentiation, using mesenchymal stem cell culture medium MSCM, the number of cells could reach 15 times.
