Porcine Chemokine CXCL10 Recombinant has been recombinantly produced in yeast and purified using ion-exchange chromatography. This is a lyophilized powder with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE analysis.
This product is endotoxin free, naturally folded, and post-translationally modified. This product can be used in cell culture, as an ELISA Standard, and as a Western Blot control. Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 10 (CXCL10) is produced by different cells (including monocytes, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts) when stimulated by IFN-gamma. CXCL10 functions as a chemoattractant for a variety of cells, including monocytes/macoirphages, T cells, natural killer cells, and dendric cells. CXCL10 also promotes the adhesion of T cells to endothelial cells, promotes antitumor immune activity, and more.
