Porcine Chemokine CCL4 Recombinant

Porcine Chemokine CCL4 Recombinant has been recombinantly produced in yeast and purified using ion-exchange chromatography. This is a lyophilized powder with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE analysis.
This product is endotoxin free, naturally folded, and post-translationally modified. This product can be used in cell culture, as an ELISA Standard, and as a Western Blot control. Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 4 (CCL4) is a chemoattractant for immune cells, including natural killer cells, monocytes, and more. CCL4 is also a prominent HIV-suppressive factor produced by CD8+ T cells. CCL4 is a macrophage inflammatory protein, and concentration of CCL4 increases with age, which is thought to play a role in age-related issues like chronic inflammation and liver damage.
