Porcine Chemokine CCL20 Recombinant

Porcine Chemokine CCL20 Recombinant has been recombinantly produced in yeast and purified using ion-exchange chromatography. This is a lyophilized powder with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE analysis.
This product is endotoxin free, naturally folded, and post-translationally modified. This product can be used in cell culture, as an ELISA Standard for CCL20, and as a Western Blot control. Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 20 (CCL20) is also referred to as liver activation regulated chemokine or macrophage inflammatory protein-3, and helps the formation and function of mucosal lymphoid tissues by attracting lymphocytes and dendric cells to the epithelial cells around these tissues. CCL-20 binds and activates CCR6.
