ObaCell® SVF Adipose-on-a-Chip

ObaCell® is the first commercially available human adipose-on-a-chip (fat-on-a-chip) model. The SVF kit models the human stromal vascular fraction, which includes immune cells, vascular cells, stem cells, and preadipocytes. The ObaCell® SVF Adipose-on-a-Chip is intended as a tool for disease modeling and drug screening. It comes as a kit including:
• ObaGel® (5mL) - Our human-derived 3D culture scaffold
• ObaVate™ (15mL) - Our activation agent for ObaGel
• 5 million stromal vascular fraction cells
• StromaQual3D™ (15mL) - stromal maintenance media for 3D culture
• AdipoQual3D™ (15mL) - adipogenic differentiation media for white adipose tissue (WAT) or brown adipose tissue (BAT)
• ObaZolve™ (100mL) - compound for isolating cells from ObaGel®
