mini-pHelper-AAV4

mini-pHelper-AAV4 is a compact, optimized plasmid designed to produce AAV4 empty particles or AAV4 vectors. It integrates AAV4 Rep and AAV4 Cap genes into our mini-pHelper-1.0 backbone. Thus, it not only provides adenoviral helper functions (E2A, E4orf6, VA RNA), but also AAV helper functions (Rep and AAV4). When transfected into host cells alone, it facilitates the generation of truly-empty AAV4 particles without any genetic materials inside of capsids. Co-transfection mini-pHelper-AAV4 with pAAVtri-GOI enables high-efficiency production of recombinant AAV4 vectors carrying your gene of interest (GOI).
