mini-pHelper-AAV1

mini-pHelper-AAV1 is a compact, optimized plasmid designed to produce AAV1 empty particles or AAV1 vectors. It integrates AAV1 Rep and AAV1 Cap genes into our mini-pHelper-1.0 backbone. Thus, it not only provides adenoviral helper functions (E2A, E4orf6, VA RNA), but also AAV helper functions (Rep and AAV1). When transfected into host cells alone, it facilitates the generation of truly-empty AAV1 particles without any genetic materials inside of capsids. Co-transfection mini-pHelper-AAV1 with pAAVtri-GOI enables high-efficiency production of recombinant AAV1 vectors carrying your gene of interest (GOI).
