mini-pHelper-AAV3B

mini-pHelper-AAV3B is a compact, optimized plasmid designed to produce AAV3B empty particles or AAV3B vectors. It integrates AAV3B Rep and AAV3B Cap genes into our mini-pHelper-1.0 backbone. Thus, it not only provides adenoviral helper functions (E2A, E4orf6, VA RNA), but also AAV helper functions (Rep and AAV3B). When transfected into host cells alone, it facilitates the generation of truly-empty AAV3B particles without any genetic materials inside of capsids. Co-transfection mini-pHelper-AAV3B with pAAVtri-GOI enables high-efficiency production of recombinant AAV3B vectors carrying your gene of interest (GOI).
