mini-pHelper-AAV-PHP.eB is a compact, optimized plasmid designed to produce AAV-PHP.eB empty particles or AAV-PHP.eB vectors. It integrates AAV-PHP.eB Rep and AAV-PHP.eB Cap genes into our mini-pHelper-1.0 backbone. Thus, it not only provides adenoviral helper functions (E2A, E4orf6, VA RNA), but also AAV helper functions (Rep and AAV-PHP.eB). When transfected into host cells alone, it facilitates the generation of truly-empty AAV-PHP.eB particles without any genetic materials inside of capsids. Co-transfection mini-pHelper-AAV-PHP.eB with pAAVtri-GOI enables high-efficiency production of recombinant AAV-PHP.eB vectors carrying your gene of interest (GOI).
