- Overview
  - METAFECTENE® PRO is the latest generation transfection reagent setting a new benchmark in mammalian cell transfection. METAFECTENE® PRO is a liposome based transfection reagent consisting of a mixture of polycationic and neutral lipids. Structural changes of the comprising cationic lipids results in higher efficiency and lower toxicity. Quality tested, multiple enhancement of efficiency can be obtained eminently using METAFECTENE® PRO, even with moderately hard or hard-to-transfect cell lines.

    Suitable for transient and stable transfection of mammalian cell lines and primary cells with DNA (plasmids, bacmide), RNA (mRNA, miRNA, and siRNA), and modified nucleic acids (e.g. antisense oligonucleotides).
