The MARS 6™ Hydrolysis system uses microwave technology to hydrolyze proteins and peptides, resulting in complete and rapid hydrolysis of any sample type. Parallel processing allows up to 24 samples to be hydrolyzed simultaneously, meeting high throughput needs for any laboratory. Intuitive software and simple vessel design makes programming and operation easy.

Microwave Technology
· Accurate and fast hydrolysis.
· The power of microwave energy, temperature monitoring, and in-situ stirring ensures a rapid and complete hydrolysis. Total processing time, including cool-down of 24 samples is 90 minutes or less. When compared to traditional methods requiring 12-20 hours, microwave energy removes the sample prep bottleneck. Reaction acceleration results in cleaner hydrolysates and better results.
