        • Inhibited human epidermal transglutaminase may be used for immunoprecipitation and detection of autoantibodies in body fluid samples from patients suffering from autoimmune diseases like psoriasis or gluten sensitive skin disorders. For coating of micro titer plates the addition of 10 mM Ca2+ is recommended.
