        • This product is suitable for extracting high-purity RNA from FFPE samples. The obtained RNA can be used for clinical in vitro detection.

          Principle
          This product is based on silica gel column purification. The samples were digested by FRL and protease K to release RNA. After adding denatured solution FBD and ethanol, it is transferred to the column for filtration. RNA is adsorbed on the membrane of the column, while protein is not adsorbed and filtered out with the solution. Protein and salt are removed by washing the column, and finally the RNA was eluted by low salt buffer NW.

          Storage
          The product is transported and stored at room temperature except DNase I, and is valid for 18 months. DNase I is transported in an ice box, stored at 2-8°C after receiving the product. For long-term storage (>3 months), it should be stored at -20°C. DNase I is valid for 12 months.
