Hieff NGS® One-Step rRNA Removal Kit (Human, 100-1,000 ng) utilizes targeting technology to highly specifically inhibit the reverse transcription of ribosomal RNA in human total RNA during cDNA synthesis without affecting messenger RNA (mRNA) cDNA synthesis of non-target RNA such as non-coding RNA and circular RNA, thereby highly specifically removing ribosomal RNA during the synthesis of first-strand cDNA. Compared with the traditional RNase H digestion method, this targeted removal technology has the advantages of shorter time (3 min), simple operation (one-step operation) and intact non-target RNA, which greatly simplifies the operation process and improves the efficiency of library construction. High efficiency and can be matched with various first-strand cDNA synthesis reagents on the market. This kit has good rRNA removal effect for both complete and partially degraded total RNA (such as FFPE RNA). The cDNA samples obtained after rRNA removal can be used for high-throughput sequencing analysis of mRNA and non-coding RNA, which can significantly increase the proportion of effective data in the sequencing results and can also be used for other cDNA downstream applications. The reagents provided have undergone strict quality control and functional verification to ensure the stability and repeatability of rRNA removal to the greatest extent.
