        • Hieff NGS® Single Cell/Low Input cDNA Synthesis & Amplification Module can synthesize full-length cDNA from 1~1000 cells or 10 pg~10 ng of total RNA. This module uses Oligo (dT) Primer as a primer, and uses the terminal transferase activity of reverse transcriptase, i.e., Template-switching activity, to add a linker sequence to the 3' end of the cDNA. PCR amplification uses this linker sequence to synthesize full-length cDNA and complete the enrichment of full-length cDNA.
