  - GSTSep Glutathione Agarose Resin 4FF is a GST-tagged protein purification resin that can purify glutathione-S-transferase, glutathione-dependent proteins and recombinant glutathione derivatives in various expression systems in one step. Structurally, the resin is made of highly cross-linked 4% agarose gel as a matrix, and is made by chemically covalently binding reduced glutathione through a 12-atom spacer arm. It has higher physical and chemical properties, can withstand higher pressures, and can purify the target protein at a relatively high flow rate, making it more suitable for industrial large-scale protein purification.
