  - The CAR/TCR gene copy number detection kit is based on the principle of fluorescent probe quantitative PCR. It uses multiple qPCR methods to detect DNA sequences related to integration or expression functions on transfer plasmids and single copy genes (SCG) in human cells, and calculates the average number of target gene copies per cell in the sample, such as the CAR or TCR gene copy number level. Its quantitative limit can reach 101 copies/μL. This kit needs to be used in conjunction with the magnetic bead residual DNA sample pretreatment kit.
