Its quantitative limit can be as low as 4.1 copies/μL, and it is equipped with RCA (E1A) DNA Control (DNA quantitative reference).     RCA (E1A) Copynumber Detection Kit can be used to quantitatively analyze and detect the potential risks of replication-competent adenoviruses (RCA) that may occur in various cell therapy products and gene therapy products related to adenovirus vectors. It can also be used to quantitatively analyze and detect the content of residual DNA of risk gene E1A from host cells, such as HEK293 and HEK293T cells, in biological products.
