          Sensor Chip C5 is designed for use with the Polariton SPR Molecular Interaction Analysis System. A carboxymethyl dextran matrix is ​​covalently coupled to the gold surface coating of the chip. Ligands ranging from small molecules to proteins, nucleic acids and carbohydrates can be covalently coupled using validated chemistries. Optionally, a capture molecule can be coupled for subsequent capture experiments. Sensor Chip C5 is suitable for most general applications.
