SA Sensor Chip

Sensor Chip SA is designed for use with the Polariton SPR Molecular Interaction Analysis System to bind biotinylated molecules. The SA chip is coated with a carboxymethyl dextran matrix covalently coupled to the gold film surface and pre-coupled with streptavidin, allowing for rapid, ultra-high affinity capture of biotinylated ligands such as peptides, proteins, and nucleic acids. The SA chip provides a convenient alternative for ligands that are difficult to couple or that are inactivated after covalent coupling. In addition, controlled biotinylation allows for targeted capture.
