PA Sensor Chip

Sensor Chip PA is designed for use with the Polariton SPR Molecular Interaction Analysis System and is designed to bind mammalian antibodies of selected species and subtypes. This chip surface has a wide range of applications, such as antibody screening, concentration analysis, biopharmaceutical process development, production and QC. The PA chip has a carboxymethyl dextran matrix covalently coupled to the gold film coating and is pre-coupled with recombinant Protein A. The PA chip is a ready-to-use chip that can be used for standard curve-based antibody concentration quantification of cell culture supernatants or purified samples, and is also suitable for other applications, such as antibody screening and antibody characterization.
