Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells (BMMCs) - Mixed Population, Hematological Malignancies

A mixed population of bone marrow-derived cells with emerging significance for a wide range of biomedical research fields.
BMMCs from patients with hematological malignancies are regularly collected. Upon request, prospective collections from other indications and conditions can be organized.

· Sample Collection and Storage
We collect viable BMMCs isolated from bone marrow aspirates. All samples are collected under IRB approval and in accordance with standard isolation protocols.
BMMCs are processed within 2-3 hours, and frozen within 4 hours of blood collection (in freezing media, containing 10% DMSO). The percentage of cell viability is verified before freezing and only vials with at least 95% viability are kept and stored at temperatures between -140°C and -180°C in vapor-phase of LN2. Audubon Bio guarantees at least 60% viability after proper thaw.

· BMMCs Collection Formats
Each vial of bone marrow mononuclear cells contains at least 1×10^7 cells in classical freezing media, containing 10% DMSO. Upon request, cell concentration and freezing media can be customized.

· Additional Laboratory Services
We can further support your projects by performing downstream analysis on the isolated BMMCs according to your custom needs and protocols.
