Cells are taken from blood products and separated and prepared according to standard procedures to ensure the stability of cell quality between different batches. Cell purity >95%. Cell survival >90%.

Activator: Anti CD3 antibody OKT3 (50ng/mL), CD3/CD28, PHA. 90% RPMI1640+10% FBS+PHA+1% GA.
Complete medium: Complete medium for blood cells.
Complete cryopreservation solution: Non programmed cooling cell cryopreservation solution (low serum).
Gas phase: Air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%.
Temperature: 37°C.
