BenzoNuclease, Mass Spectrometry Grade

BenzoNuclease is a nonspecific endonuclease derived from Serratia marcescens. This enzyme is active in degrading DNA and RNA in any form, including double-stranded, single-stranded, linear, and circular DNA, and can completely digest nucleic acids into 2-5 base-length 5'-monophosphate oligonucleotides. This product is a high-purity, high-activity totipotent enzyme prepared using an E. coli expression system and obtained through multi-step chromatography.

Applications:
1) Removal of nucleic acid contamination during protein extraction;
2) Removal of nucleic acid contamination during protein purification;
3) Removal of residual host nucleic acids in the vaccine and pharmaceutical industries;
4) Western blot;
5) IP-Western blotting.
