BcMag™ His-Ni+ Magnetic Beads

BcMag™ His-Ni Magnetic Beads are silica-based superparamagnetic beads charged with high density nickel (Ni+2) on the surface. The beads are specifically designed for Immunoprecipitation (IP) by using His-tagged recombinant proteins. However, it can be also be used to purify the recombinant his-tagged protein. Compared with Cobalt charged beads, the nickle charged magnetic beads exhibit very high binding capacity.
