Reacts with Csk (C-terminal Src kinase), a 50 kDa non-receptor protein tyrosine kinaseexpressed in cytosol. C-terminal Src kinase (Csk) is a non-receptor protein tyrosine kinase. One of itsmajor functions is to specifically phosphorylate a conserved C-terminal tyrosine of Src family kinasesthereby down-regulating their kinase activity. CSK is expressed ubiquitously as a protein ofapproximately 50 KDa in cytosol, but a fraction distributes to lipid rafts due to interaction with the lipidraft-associated protein PAG (Csk-binding protein).Immunogen: Bacterially expressed recombinant fragment of human Csk corresponding to aa 330-450.
